Dear Authors and Prospective Attendees:

Welcome to the IEEE/CIC ICCC 2022 summer conference that is 100% in person. However, considering the covid-19 quarantine requirement, we will allow oversea authors to present by a pre-recorded video.

The registration for ICCC is now open. If you are an author, you have to register for the conference first before you can upload your final camera-ready paper. Your author registration will also allow you to present your paper at the conference. Workshop Only Registration Includes:  Presentation and publication of up to 3 workshop papers with one common author.

In order to present and have your paper published in the IEEE/CIC ICCC’2022 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore, an author (including students) of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference. The main conference and workshop papers must be limited to 6 pages. A paper with more than 6 pages will not be accepted at EDAS.

There are three types of registration as follows:

1. Author Conference Registration Includes: Presentation and publication of up to 3 papers with one common author, access to all IEEE/CIC ICCC sessions including keynotes, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, access to online technical proceedings. Please note: if you are an author and want to upload the final manuscript into EDAS after the registration, you need to choose this type of registration. Once you have registered, you will be sent a paper upload code.The deadline for the final manuscript upload is 24 July 2022.
2. Conference Registration Includes:  Access to all IEEE/CIC ICCC sessions including keynotes, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, access to online technical proceedings.
3. Workshop Only Registration Includes: Access to all IEEE/CIC ICCC Workshops. If you want to upload the final manuscript and present your paper in ICCC workshop, you could choose to register for “Workshop Only”.

Note 1: If you select wire transfer payment, the bank information will be e-mailed to you separately.

Note 2: If you are an author living overseas, you are allowed to prerecord your presentation and send to the conference organizing committee. For this, you should send an email to Ms. Sue Su (subj6@mail.sysu.edu.cn) to apply for permission by 20 July. You will then be in contacted by the committee regarding the permission and preparatory guidance.

Note 3:  In case of a sudden outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic just before the conference, which affects the onsite implementation, it is also possible for all domestic authors to participate online. We will notify everyone at that time. The partial refund of corresponding onsite registration fees will be made after the conference is held.
