Scope and Topics：
To meet the ultimate experience requirement of intelligent applications, 6G network should be redesigned in an ICDT converged framework. Thecore capability of 6G network will extend from information delivery to end-to-end information processing. All the heterogeneous terminals and network nodes will participate in the information processing, involving information acquisition, delivery, computing, storage, utilization and security. This requires the 6G network to have extreme capabilities of communication, computing, intelligence and security, as well as the enhanced capabilities such as sensing. This in turn requires an extremely simple network architecture for 6G with the autonomous operation and maintenance capabilities.
Outlining the solutions for a simple ICDT converged 6G network architecture with much more functionalitics is a rather challenging task but also an interesting work. Recently, preliminary viewpoints and thoughts on 6G concept, possible architecture and potential technologies have been reported from both academia and industry among which native Al and digital twin have attracted considerable attentions from both academia and industry as two pillars for building 6G autonomous network.
The workshop focuses on the feature, functionalities, potential technologies for Al-native 6G network under digital twin framework. Topics of interest include (but not limited to) the following:
• Al models and algorithms for wireless communications
• Al as a service and quality of Al service
• Al air interface and wireless environment sensing
• Energy-efficient end-to-end Al computing towards green 6G
• Digital twin network architecture and technologies
• Architecture and standards for integration of digital twins in future communications and networking
• Advanced communication-computation architecture for digital twins empowered future network

Yan Zhang is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo, Norway. His research interests include next-generation wireless networks leading to 6G, green and secure cyber-physical systems. Dr.Zhang is an Editor (or Area Editor, Senior Editor, Associate Editor) for several IEEE transactions/magazine. He is a program/symposium chair in a number of conferences, including IEEE IWQoS 2022, IEEE ICC 2021, IEEE SmartGridComm 2021. He is the Chair of IEEE Communications Society Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing(TCGCC). He is an IEEE Communications Society Distinguished Lecturer and IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Distinguished Speaker. He was an IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Distinguished Lecturer during 2016-2020. Since 2018, Prof. Zhang was a recipient of the global “Highly Cited Researcher” Award (Web of Science top 1% most cited worldwide) for four years. He is Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of IET, elected member of Academia Europaea(MAE), elected member of the Royal Norwegian Society of Sciences and Letters (DKNVS), and elected member of Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (NTVA).
